Hey guys! Thanks for checking out the website! If you would like to read past issues of Bazooka, you can download them from here. Check out the homepage on the right, and we have most back issues, including the very first Bazooka that came out in March of '09 and was only 12 page long!

If you're looking for the most up-to-date Bazooka info on nightlife, calendar and issue news, as well as just daily rants and silliness, add me, Bella Bazooka, on Facebook. I'm on there almost daily and you can find tons of cute pics (seriously, over 600) of events and the ever-hot Bazooka girls over there.

In calendar news, the Pinups of Paducah 2011 calendar is almost finished! We check out the final proof tomorrow, and hope to pick up our limited run of 200 copies on Monday. Once we have it ready to go in our hot little hands, we'll let you know where you can buy them (just $10!) and when the girls will be out and about selling, signing, and posing for pics.Seriously, this will be a collector's edition and keepsake for years to come.

The December issue is set to hit the stands on Wednesday, Dec. 15th, and will include an interview with the man who Jello Biafra of The Dead Kennedy's called "the last great Rock N Roll frontman" - Paducah's very own J.D. Wilkes, lead singer of Th' Legendary Shack Shakers. The infamous punk/rockabilly/Southern Gothic band who has opened for everyone from Robert Plant to The Reverend Horton Heat will be playing our very own little town on New Year's Eve, and it will be the show that kicks off everything badass in Paducah. Sponsored by Ground Zero Productions, Bazooka Magazine, and Maiden Alley Cinema, the show promises to blow away anything you have ever seen before. If J.D. blows a snot rocket on you, consider yourself saved.

We've also got lots of other good stuff for you in the upcoming issues, from great Xmas gifts on a budget to TSA rants, gun nut rants, Honeywell rants, file-sharing nazism rants - lots of rants, actually. But don't worry, we also have all the fun cheesy stuff you've grown to love about Bazooka.

So add me on Facebook and keep an eye out for all the awesome stuff coming up in the next few weeks - and if you're looking for the good porn-y stuff, it's on here if you look hard enough. Beware, you'll fall madly in lust with me after that - but that's okay, I think I have room left in my harem.

Although I rarely watch the news on WPSD, I do get a lot of entertainment from their Facebook page. There’s a certain Carlinesque, nihilistic joy in having a front-row seat to the kind of willful ignorance that’s directly responsible for human civilization’s steady downward spiral towards...

A few years ago (I’m guessing around 2007 or 2008), I started hearing that Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Firefly and director of the upcoming Avengers movie)  was working on a horror flick called The Cabin In the Woods. After that, I’d periodically see promo...
