Found some form software that should work for this. Click the "Survey" link on the user menu for a sample (I tried to include at least one each of the types of field/data entry available). Seems to work, but if anyone wants to submit the form just to be sure, let me know. I should be able to make the real thing a little prettier. Now I just need to know what's going on it.

actually, ginger, his naked picks of muscley men are adorgeous. and steve, I checked it out...looks great! It is usable. I would like there to be a write in at the bottom of each question though, is that possible? and yes, I'm going to work on writing it tonight. I'm getting SOMETHING written tonight, I swear. and not just something about the hot sex I just had, but that might have to be one of them.
